Food Photos Before and After: Two Pizza Styles in RestoPhoto
RestoPhoto Team · October 3, 2026 · 3 min read

A deep-dish pizza benefits from an angle that shows its height. A flat pepperoni pizza reads clearly from above. These two examples use different ready-made styles for those different shapes.
Deep-dish pizza: show the height of the pan

The result uses a lower viewpoint, a dark surface and a long shadow. The pan stays fully inside the frame. The raised crust and the side of the pan make the depth of the pizza easier to see.
Pepperoni pizza: keep the whole circle visible

The overhead view keeps the pizza and tray visible as complete circles. Yellow separates the tray from the background. This gives the image a different character from the dark, angled deep-dish result.
Choose the style for the shape of your dish
| What you want to show | Starting point |
|---|---|
| Height, layers or the side of a dish | An angled view with side light. |
| The whole surface of a flat dish | An overhead view with space around its edges. |
| A series for one restaurant | The same style and publication format across the set. |

How these examples were made
Both source images belong to a generated marketing demo set. Each result came from one photo request through RestoPhoto’s normal photo workflow on October 2, 2026. Each used a ready-made style and the 1K quality setting. The exported files received no further image edits.
